Relief for Haiti
The tragic earthquake that struck Haiti last week may be a world away, but it has hit close to home for some of your classmates and the UW population as a whole. Please consider making a donation to the relief efforts.
The American Red Cross (www.redcross.org) has multiple ways to donate, including via text message, online and over the phone. Other organizations have also come to the aid of Haiti including, but not limited to, Cure International (www.helpcurenow.org), UNICEF (www.unicef.org), and CARE (www.care.org).
The GBA has no affiliation with these organizations but is simply listing some legitimate disaster relief organizations for your reference. Thank you for your support.
