7:00 PM – Dinner will be served
LOCATION: Harvest Restaurant, 21 N Pinckney St
Additionally, we will be hosting Vincent Smith a Ph.D. Candidate, Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and a Board member for Community Groundworks at Troy Gardens which provides
programs designed to foster healthy eating in vulnerable youth populations, develop and maintain school garden programs, and provide free or reduced cost community garden plots to some of Madison’s most food insecure populations.
ABOUT HARVEST
Located on the Capitol Square in downtown Madison, Harvest is operated by Tami Lax and her incredible staff who are passionately devoted to bringing Madison a unique dining experience, and a menu enhanced by seasonal locally-grown, and organic ingredients. Named by Organic Style magazine as one of the top 20 restaurants in America, and most recently named one of America’s top Farm-to-Table restaurants by Gourmet Magazine. Harvest takes seriously its obligation to customers of providing the best each season has to offer.

The Consortium Club is sponsoring the last tailgate of the season this Saturday, Nov. 14th. It’s the big Wisconsin vs. Michigan game, so we want everyone to come out and celebrate!
In an effort to embrace diversity, we’re asking MBA students to bring a dish that represents who they are (culture, ethnicity, personality, etc.). Don’t worry, we’ll still have the usual burgers and brats, but the “Around the World Tailgate” will be a tasty way to celebrate our differences. If you plan to bring a dish, please contact Samy Affo (affo@wisc.edu) ASAP with your dish idea.
If you have any questions about this event or the Consortium Club in general, please contact Kari Caesar (caesar@wisc.edu) or Stephanie Mack (samack@wisc.edu). Thank you!
Go Badgers!
