Fuel the Diversity Converstion
October is National Coming Out Month and to celebrate, Out for Business (OFB) is sponsoring a series of personal stories about diversity/coming out in the workplace.
We are looking for both gay and straight contributors from students and faculty.
The bit can be long or short, about you or someone else, named or anonymous talking about dealing with coming out at work, being in the closet at work, finding out a coworker was LGBT (and how you dealt with that, for better or for worse) or just the general power of diversity.
