About The GBA

The Graduate Business Association (GBA) provides a range of great opportunities to get involved, help the community, make contacts and enhance your Wisconsin MBA experience. After all, you are here for two years, why not take advantage of all of the opportunities that make this a better experience in terms of life, work and play! GBA aims to provide varying opportunities to meet a broad range of interests and varying levels of time commitment.

The GBA was formed in the Spring of 1977 by a group of students who felt the need for developing a more cohesive student body and a stronger sense of community among full-time Wisconsin MBA students, faculty, and staff. In an effort to aid MBA students during their studies and to promote student-faculty-staff interaction, GBA sponsors professional programs and social events. GBA also plays an active role with faculty toward improvement of the graduate studies program. All graduate business students are encouraged to join and participate.
